The catering form asks for contact information, event details, delivery location, catering direction, and optional planning notes. This information is intended to respond to the enquiry and determine whether Mehfill can prepare a quote.
Address suggestions
When the approved Google Places browser integration is configured, the delivery-address field can send typed address characters to Google to return Canadian address suggestions. The form remains usable as a normal address field if that integration is unavailable. This provider use and any associated cross-border processing still require owner and legal review before activation.
Acceptance and delivery
The current build does not claim that an enquiry is accepted unless the approved server-side delivery service confirms durable acceptance and returns a stable submission identifier. Until that service is configured, the form returns an error and records no primary lead conversion.
Necessary storage
The website may use browser storage for privacy preferences, first-touch attribution, and form-journey continuity. Necessary storage is separate from optional analytics and advertising choices.

Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization default to denied. The website has a consent-aware Google Tag Manager integration, but external tag execution remains disabled until the exact container and destinations are verified and approved. If activated, they must respect the saved consent state and exact Mehfill account identifiers.
Accepted-lead measurement
A quote conversion is prepared only after the approved lead service accepts the enquiry and returns a stable reference. With the required advertising choices granted, the browser may normalize and SHA-256 hash the submitted email address and phone number for Google Ads enhanced-conversion matching. Raw contact values are not placed in analytics event parameters, and no advertising user data is prepared when that consent is denied.
Attribution
The form can preserve landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, supported click identifiers, and the consent state with an accepted lead. This information must remain inside the approved owner record and must not be exposed in public pages or logs containing contact details.
Owner action required before launch
Mehfill must approve the legal entity name, privacy contact, purposes, service providers, retention, access/correction process, cross-border processing disclosures, cookie details, and any jurisdiction-specific terms before this draft becomes a production policy.
