Mehfill charges C$40 for standard GTA delivery, with drop-off setup included. Live catering and BBQ use a C$100 total transportation, setup, teardown, and equipment fee. Staffing is separate at C$18 per staff member per hour before HST, with a three-hour minimum per staff member and no billed travel time. Parking is not charged extra.

Drop-off setup is included with delivery. The exact placement, disposable service items, buffet equipment, rentals, staffing, and cleanup scope depend on the selected order and are stated in the written quote.
03How much do catering servers cost?
Staffing is C$18 per staff member per hour before HST, with a 3-hour minimum for each staff member. Chefs and supervisors use the same rate, and staff travel time is not billed.
04Is catering equipment included?
Equipment for standard catering is quoted according to the event. For live catering and BBQ, the C$100 fee includes the equipment in the confirmed service plan; Mehfill supplies tents, tables, and the tandoor. Any other venue-specific requirement must be listed in the quote.
05Can Mehfill deliver a same-day catering order?
Yes. Urgent and same-day requests are accepted with at least four hours’ notice. That is the ordering notice requirement, not a fixed drive-time promise; the exact serving and arrival window is confirmed from the complete event brief.
