No universal lead time is published. Enquire early with the date, venue, city, guest count, and desired format so availability and the operating plan can be reviewed.

Live Chaat or Live Tandoor can be requested. Venue permission, space, utilities, equipment, staffing, service rate, setup, teardown, and current price must be approved.
