01Is there a minimum for small-party catering?
A chain-wide minimum has not been approved for publication. Send the menu, guest count, date, and address so the responsible team can confirm whether the event is feasible.
02Should I choose party trays or a buffet?
That depends on menu, guest count, serving space, setup expectations, and whether the food needs to stay on display. The quote should make the serving format and inclusions explicit.
03Can a backyard party include Indian BBQ?
Indian BBQ can be requested, but preparation location, venue permission, weather, equipment, fuel, staffing, service time, and cleanup must be confirmed first.
